We’ll confirm your request by email ASAP (within several business days depending on our schedule) and send you several pickup date options based on availability.
After you select the consignment pickup date, we will send you a calendar invite confirmation.
A FPC team member will collect your consigned items from your porch on the confirmed date.
Please leave your consigned items on your porch for us to collect by 9am on the scheduled pickup date. If a later time is needed, please contact us to reschedule.
Simply place your items in a tight group on your porch (clearly separated from any items you do not want us to pickup). Please note that if you provide a container such as a Rubbermaid tote, it will not be returned to you and will be considered as part of your consigned items. You are welcome to box up your items, place them in plastic bags, or simply place them loose on your porch in a tight stack.

The *Standard Consignment Period is a 90 day period starting 1 business day after we collect your items.
While we accept all items that are legal to sell online and that are not too large to ship, we do not guarantee that all of your items will be actively posted for sale or sold. Any items that are heavily damaged/soiled or items that, if sold, would result in a very low or negative profit after fees, taxes, and shipping will not be listed for sale or returned. For your convenience, we do the sorting for you and locally donate any collected items that we deem ‘unsellable’.
During the Consignment Period FPC will diligently work to market and sell your selected items as quickly as possible and for as much money as possible. Anything that is not sold during the consignment period will either be donated locally or will be purchased by our sister company, Wando Warehouse – you will NOT receive any unsold items back.
*Longer consignment terms may apply depending on the volume of items and types of items you supply, as well as our schedule. You will be presented with the options during the confirmation / scheduling.
After your Consignment Period, we will provide you with an itemized list of items sold along with 50% of the profit.
We will pay you via Venmo or Check per your preference specified in the request form.
