Not sure what clothing to consign? Looking for suggestions? Below, we’ve divided up the most common apparel and clothing brands into letter graded blocks. Of course, item condition is very important and these rankings assume that the items are either new or in like-new condition. If the item is gently worn, subtract one letter grade.
Clothing Brands are listed first, followed by Shoe Brands.
The letter grade rankings below consider the resale value and resale speed, so an item that sells very quickly may rank higher than an item that nets more money, but takes a long time to sell.
Children’s / Baby Clothes: Due to the low overall demand and low margins, MOST children’s &/or baby clothing will be donated. We will sell some designer brands such as Beaufort Bonnet Company, Ralph Lauren, Burberry, etc.; however, most will be directly donated upon receipt.

- Some higher end retail brands do not necessarily equate to good reselling brands (example: Jos. A. Bank).
- While we gladly accept all clothing brands, some brands will automatically be donated upon receipt due to the low resale value. Unbranded ‘Boutique’ items, Marshall’s/TJ Max clothing brands and many of the brands listed below in the D&F Column will be donated locally as the resale value is too low.
